Should have adequate experience leading training sessions and implementing personalized learning plans.
Must be competent in mentoring individuals and groups, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Should also be knowledgeable in the latest training methodologies and tools.
Should be patient, a good listener, and someone who encourages others to succeed.
Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to the needs of the individual or group.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Maintain records and document the progress of trainees
Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs within the organization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest training techniques and industry best practices.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in a coaching or training role, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful training programs.
The ideal candidate should also have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related fields. Relevant training certifications will be advantageous. Candidates should also be willing to travel if necessary.
