Job Title: Construction Bookkeeper
BuildRite Construction Co., an industry front-runner in multiple facets of construction operations, is in search of a diligent and dependable Construction Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple construction projects, while also tracking project-related expenses to ensure cost control.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple construction projects.

Record and categorize all financial transactions, including expenses, invoices, receipts, and payments.

Prepare and process invoices for clients, subcontractors, and vendors in a timely manner.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure prompt payment.

Track and reconcile project-related expenses, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs with project budgets.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.

Demonstrated knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in construction bookkeeping or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S and must pass a pre-employment background check.
