We are scouting for an ace Construction Billing Specialist to take a pivotal position within our financial team. The player will oversee all billing operations, cutting across work orders, change orders, and other financial matters tied to our construction projects. This role is the cornerstone in ensuring the smooth flow of our financial operations and contributes significantly to our company's overall performance.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Handling all construction project billing activities.

Verifying all invoices for accuracy.

Overseeing work and change orders.

Maintaining up-to-date billing system and customer files.

Generating and issuing invoices on time.

Assisting in monthly and end-of-year financial reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:

Must have an Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, equivalent work experience will be considered.

Proven working experience within the construction industry in a similar role.

Must be proficient with accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of construction billing and change order procedures.
