Job Title: Office Manager, Executive Support
We are looking for an Office Manager, Executive Support at GreenEco Ventures who will be the linchpin of our operations, liaising with executives to facilitate seamless communications, scheduled activities, and administrative necessities. Responsible for managing and coordinating executive calendars, schedules and appointments, the ideal candidate will show an aptitude for organization, time management, and resourcefulness.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Your main tasks will involve:

Managing and maintaining executives' calendars, schedules, and appointments.

Coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for executives.

Preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.

Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives.

Maintaining and organizing office files, records, and documents.

Ordering office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
We're looking for candidates who have:

Previous experience in a similar role.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

A self-motivated, proactive and resourceful nature.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
