We propose the following residential repair and maintenance services for your property.

  We will ensure cleanliness and accessibility for your outdoor amenities with excellent landscaping, sweeping, and snow removal services.
  
  
• Home Cleaning and Renovation
  We will renovate and prepare your residential property for your next tenant at an affordable price.

Pricing

Terms & Conditions

1. The Parties
   This proposal (known as “Proposal”), if accepted, shall legally bind [Violet Home Management Co.] (known as “Company”) and Wendy Jones (known as “Client”).
   
   
2. Service Details
   The Proposal assigns the Company to provide residential property repair and maintenance services (known as “Service”) for the Client. The Service shall be completed within five (5) months.
   
   
3. Amount
   The Project shall cost $52,530.00. The Client agrees to pay the Company the amount due each month upon receiving the Service invoice via cash, check, or bank transfer until the completion of Service.
