- Lighting and Electrical Maintenance
Includes replacement, repair, and upgrade of the internal and external lighting fixtures of the building. - Plumbing Maintenance
Includes replacement, repair, and retrofit the plumbing pipes and fixtures of the building. - HVAC Maintenance
Includes regular monitoring, installation, and repair of the building’s HVAC system and units.

Terms & Conditions
- The Parties
This proposal (“The Proposal”) shall legally bind [Seymour Brown] (“The Company Representative”) and [Digital Fortress Inc.] (“The Client”). - Payment
50% of the total payment will be collected prior to theprovision of goods/services. The remaining balance will be paid no more than 10 business days after the services have been rendered. - Damage & Loss
Any loss and/or damage to premises will be at the expense of The Company unless legally proven that it was intentionally damaged by The Client, regardless of purpose. - Confidentiality
All of the terms and conditions in The Proposal will be kept confidential from any third party.
