The purpose of this Advertising Agency Policy (“Policy”) is to help [Bly Advertising Agency] (“Company”) create a pleasant work environment where employees can grow and become more productive. This Policy will communicate the Company’s basic workplace guidelines on confidentiality, health and safety, dress code, and anti-violence practices.

Scope

This Policy is applicable to employees working on all grades and levels. Thus, it covers necessarily the following individuals: directors, supervisors, senior managers, administrative staff members, consultants, officers, rank-and-file employees, contractual employees, vendors, interns, and any other individual who is employed under the Company (collectively known in this Policy as “employee/s”).

Policies

  • CONFIDENTIALITY

The Company ensures that information about clients, employees, partners, and business transactions are kept in strict confidentiality. This information necessarily includes but is not limited to Company records, financial information, business accounts, customer data, client lists, proposals, plans, and initiatives. As part of the application process, employees are required to sign non-compete and non-disclosure agreements. This way, any confidential information and trade secrets of the Company will be well-protected.

  • HARASSMENT AND VIOLENCE

Workplace harassment is considered a grave offense. The Company does not tolerate any form of violence in the workplace. Even seemingly harmless actions, like gossiping, are prohibited. Any incidence of workplace harassment or violence by an employee will undergo investigation. If an employee is found guilty, they are subject to disciplinary action depending on the incident's degree and seriousness. For sexual harassment, the Company will terminate the offender immediately if found guilty.

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY

The Company is committed to establishing a hazard-free workplace. Hence, the Company will ensure workplace safety through preventive action and emergency management. Employees are encouraged to follow proper protocols on smoking, consuming alcohol, taking prescription drugs, and facing substance addiction. For more information about workplace health and safety, refer to the Company’s Health Management Policy or reach out to the HR Department.

  • DRESS CODE

Employees are discouraged from wearing highly revealing attires in the workplace, especially during meetings, conferences, and seminars. Employees must embody professionalism by complying with the appropriate dress code. For Saturday shifts, employees can wear shorts, open sandals, and t-shirts except for clothes that display explicit or lascivious images, illustrations, or texts. Tattoos, piercings, hairstyles, and hair colors have no applicable violations as long as it does not hinder employees from completing their tasks.

  • POLICY BREACH

Any violation of this Policy’s guidelines will result in disciplinary action depending on its frequency and seriousness. For employees who repeatedly disregard this Policy's provisions, the Company will terminate them even if they do so unintentionally.
