I take this opportunity to bring to your attention that our student had an appointment with their dentist. This essential and prioritized meeting relates heavily with their oral health correction and maintenance, which took place successfully.
The appointment was scheduled to facilitate a detailed and intricate check-up aimed towards evaluating and enhancing the oral health condition of the student. Apart from the general check-up that oversaw the general oral state, the dentist carried out in-depth scrutiny on the teeth structure, gum condition, and the tongue health.
The checkup also prioritized the identification of possible dental threats that could have severe effects if not addressed with the required urgency. Therefore, complete dental profiling was carried out to ascertain every aspect is under check for the overall wellness of the student.
Given the acute priority and importance of this process, we had no other better option than to coincide the patient visit with the school schedule. Therefore, kindly consider our earnest appeal to excuse the student's absence on the specific date when this exercise was carried out.
In the follow-up meeting with the student's dentist, we planned for progressive evaluation appointments, which we believe will not collide with the school schedule. The student's health is our top-most priority, and thus, we believe this acts as a vital procedure towards achieving this goal.
