Maxor Hotel is seeking a competent and organized individual to fulfill the vital role of Deputy Clerk. This position will involve providing administrative support to the Clerk, assisting with the fluid operation of day-to-day tasks. The successful candidate will manage official records, document databases, and be a key figure in dealing with public requests for documents and information.
In this role, the selected candidate will:
Provide top-notch administrative support to the Clerk
Assist in the smooth execution of daily operations within the hotel
Manage and maintain the integrity of official records and documents
Oversee effective operation of multiple databases
Handle and process public requests for access to documents and information
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in an administrative support role
Have a strong understanding of data management and data entry
Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, being able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
Flourish in a fast-paced environment and maintain calmness under pressure
