During this period, she has proven herself to be reliable, punctual with payments, and has taken excellent care of the premises. Ms. Porter has always been respectful to her neighbors and has consistently maintained a clean and tidy living environment.
She has never been a part of any disputes or altercations and has upheld the rental agreement with great responsibility. We never had any issue with late payments and she has always kept the lines of communication open in case of any concerns or queries from her side.
