Excuse Note For Absence
Excuse Note
Dear James Anderson,
I sincerely hope this message finds you well. I am writing this letter to bring to light the reason behind my recent absence and plea for your understanding and consideration regarding the matter.
Unfortunately, out of my control and much to my surprise, a sudden illness had befallen me, compelling me to take an abrupt hiatus. This unforeseen situation left me with quite a struggle physically, leaving no option for me but the uncomfortable necessity of absence.
I am deeply sorry for any disturbance or inconvenience caused by my unplanned absence. I value the importance of my obligations and the weight of my responsibilities. Therefore, it left me unpleased and regretful not only for my absence but also the impact it might have had.
I do wish to affirm with immense sincerity, my readiness and willingness to offset the lost time. I am prepared to exert double my usual efforts to regain the lost momentum and accomplish the tasks at hand in a timely and efficient manner.
I am hopeful that I can count on your understanding and consideration in this matter. My commitment to the tasks and my willingness to work harder is unwavering and I promise to make swift recovery and swift progress in the tasks I have missed during my absence.
Please know that your understanding in this matter is deeply appreciated, and I am profoundly grateful for your kind consideration.
Best Regards,
Sarah Wilson
