I hope this letter finds you in good health. My name is Sarah Wilson and I regret to inform you that I am unable to fulfil my usual duties due to sudden severe symptoms requiring immediate medical attention.
While going about my daily duties, I experienced a sudden escalation of symptoms which required immediate medical attention to avoid further complications.
