Excuse Note For PE Teacher
Excuse Note
Dear Michael Smith,
I hope this note finds you well. My name is Robert Johnson, and I'm addressing this correspondence regarding an unavoidable predicament that has propped up. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my student, unfortunately, won't be able to participate in the scheduled physical education (PE) classes for a while.
Recently, my student sustained an injury that requires temporary abstention from strenuous physical activities. We have sought medical advice and, in accordance with professional recommendations, my student needs a period of rest. Recovering from this setback could take a little time. However, we anticipate full recovery and resumption of normal activity in [duration].
We understand the value of PE in fostering a student's physical and socio-emotional development, and we don't take this temporary setback lightly. Rest assured, as soon as my student gets the all-clear from our doctor, we're committed to making up for the lost time and covering any missed lessons or activities.
I appreciate your understanding and solidarity in these challenging times. We are hopeful and look forward to smoother times when my student can rejoin PE with equal enthusiasm and participate with vigor.
I trust that this note will serve to keep you informed of the situation and count on your support in handling this matter with utmost care and consideration. Please feel free to get in touch should you need any more information regarding this. Thank you for your understanding.
Best Regards,
Robert Johnson
