Qualifications and Skills:

A Bachelor's degree in Production, Management, Business or a related field.

Minimum three years’ experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.

Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and quality control procedures.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with industry-specific software.
