Job Title: Production Assistant

In need of an individual having an eye for detail and a knack for organization? As a production assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring tasks flow smoothly and deadlines are met. This position requires a self-starter who's energized by navigating through challenges and delivering results.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a similar role is a plus
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist production managers in all aspects of production.
Coordinate logistical elements, including but not limited to, permissions, scheduling, equipment, and transport.
Ensure all production deadlines are met.
Maintain documents and databases related to production.
Handle additional administrative duties as needed.

Necessary Experience

While having previous experience may be to your advantage, it is not a mandatory requirement. However, familiarity with the film, media or theatre production is a significant plus. Above everything, your willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changing environments counts the most.

Additional Requirements

You should be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends. Travel may be required based on project needs.
