Qualifications and Skills

Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee daily operations of production equipment: set up, troubleshoot, maintain.

Report any deviations in quality or efficiency to the production supervisor.

Assist in developing methods and strategies for improving overall efficiency.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Operator or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to perform shift work and overtime when necessary. Must have the capacity to frequently lift, carry, and handle materials up to 50 pounds.
