Our company seeks a performance-driven and self-motivated Bid Manager. This role is primarily focused on managing and overseeing the process of preparing, submitting, and winning bids for projects, contracts, or business opportunities. The successful candidate will have the significant responsibility of securing profitable work for the company.
The Bid Manager will be called upon to:
Manage the entire bid process from identification to submission
Ensure the preparation of compelling and professionally written bid submissions
Develop a bid strategy and manage a multidisciplinary bid team
Analyze the requirements of the client and ensure all bids comply with these
Win new business opportunities for the company
Applicant must have:
A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Excellent project management and leadership abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of bid scoring and client procurement processes
Ability to evaluate and manage risks
Applicants must have:
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
Experience winning business contracts and bids
A proven record of understanding client requirements and delivering suitable bids
