Dear Ms. Cremin,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter after several deliberations and reviews of your performance as a freelancer with our company. Based on the evaluations, we regret to inform you that we have decided to terminate your freelance contract with us effective August 20, 2056.
Over the past few months, there have been repeated instances of missed deadlines and standards of work submitted that have not met the specified requirements outlined in our contract. We had hoped to see improvements following our previous conversations; however, regrettably, this has not been the case.
Please ensure that you turn in all the work due until the termination effective date, as stated in the contract’s terms and conditions. Failure to do so may result in penalties as per the contract agreement. You will receive payment for all work done up until the termination date, provided it meets the stipulated guidelines.
I appreciate your efforts and time spent with us, and I thank you for your services so far. I wish you luck in your future endeavors.
Sincerely,
Jay Dickens
