Apology Note

Dear Mr. Bernice L. Smith, and Deloris T. Daggett,

I, Brenda D. Kirkland, writing to you on this day, September 07, 2050, with a heavy heart and deep regret. I want to express my sincerest apologies for the unfortunate and unforeseen event that happened recently. I acknowledged the distress and discomfort my actions may have caused you.

I realize the gravity of the situation and how my behavior wasn't transported in a friendly manner, adversely affecting our professional relationship. The events that transpired were neither expected nor desired and for them, I am truly sorry.

Plese understand that it was never my intention to unsettle or upset you in any way, shape, or form. It was a momentary lapse of judgment on my part and I deeply regret it. I am committed to ensuring it does not happen again.

In order to make up for the predicament, I promise to rectify the situation by taking full responsibility for the exceptional circumstances which unfolded causing discomfort on your part. I am prepared to work diligently to rebuild the trust and rapport that was impeded due to my actions.

I humbly ask for your understanding and forgiveness in this matter. I earnestly commit to building back the bridge of trust that I tore down, and I sincerely hope that I am glad to have the opportunity to show you that in the near future.

Again, please accept my humblest apologies for the actions that led to the unfortunate series of events. I appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

Sincerely,

Brenda D. Kirkland
