I write this letter with a heavy heart to inform you of the upcoming closure of La Bella Oro. We have made this decision due to unforeseen circumstances significantly impacting our establishment's overall operation and financial health.
Despite our tireless efforts to keep our restaurant thriving in the industry, recent months have brought a wave of challenges that are just impossible. Therefore, it is with utmost regret that, starting July 31, 2050, La Bella Oro will cease operation indefinitely.
We understand that this closure will impact you and your family, and we sincerely apologize for any trouble this may cause. Our management is working on a severance package that will be discussed with you individually within the coming weeks. We also pledge to give you any letters of recommendation or reference that could assist you in securing future employment.
