Apology Note to Coworker
Apology Note
Dear Mr. Annie G. Mitchell,
I hope this note finds you well. I, Harry Y. McDermott, am writing to express my sincere apologies for the recent upset we have experienced in our professional relationship. I acknowledge the slip-ups and how they might have affected our work environment.
In hindsight, I realize how my actions and the unforeseen event have imposed a strain on our association. I regret any untoward commotion I may have caused, disrupting harmony, and inadvertently causing you discomfort. My intention in conducting business has always been directed towards mutual respect and positive work ethics. I now see that some of my actions may not have aligned with this goal.
As a genuine step in resolving this issue and maintaining and improving our collaboration, I would like to have a conversation, friendly in nature, to understand better where I erred. Your insights are valuable and I believe they will guide me to identify what actions or remedies I can take to rectify my mistakes.
Furthermore, I am committed to being more thoughtful and considerate towards our collaboration, ensuring such incidents do not happen again. I wish to use this unfortunate experience as a learning curve, driving improvement and better professional behavior.
I am hopeful that with time and effort, we can leave this incident behind us and move towards a more productive and amicable professional relationship, focusing on the objectives at hand. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to make amends and reinstate the trust you've placed in me.
Once again, I apologize sincerely and look forward to your guidance. I am confident that together, we can turn things around and take our collaboration to greater heights.
Yours Sincerely,
Harry Y. McDermott
