Job Title: Care Worker, Personal Care

As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their everyday tasks, including personal hygiene, moving around, and taking medication.

Qualifications and Skills:

The individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in providing personal care will be highly regarded. Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient, understanding nature is vital. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide personal care support to clients - bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.

• Administer medications per physician's instructions and maintain accurate medication records.

• Monitor and assist with vital signs, like blood pressure, pulse and temperature.

• Assist clients with their feeding and dietary requirements as needed.

Additional Requirements:

Candidate must pass a Level 2 background check, agree to a DMV record check, and provide recent physical examine result.
