Job Title: Assembly Line Worker

We are in search of a dedicated Assembly Line Worker to become an integral part of our production team. The chosen candidate will work on various stages of manufacturing processes, participating in an overall production layout. Your efficiency, commitment, and attention to detail will contribute to the streamlined operations of our production facility.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in manufacturing or related fields can be advantageous

• Strong hand-eye coordination

• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina

• Understanding of basic machine operations and maintenance

• Ability to lift heavy materials

• Team-focused approach towards work

Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform assembly line tasks as dictated by production schedules

• Operate machinery, maintain its cleanliness, and report malfunctions

• Check outputs to ensure consistent quality and identify defects

• Pack final products and prepare them for shipment

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and consistently wear protective gear

• Willing to undergo background checks and drug testing

• Ability to work overtime when needed
