Qualifications and Skills

• Good physical health and stamina, able to perform necessary manual handling tasks

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist individuals with daily tasks and activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility

• Develop support plans to suit individuals' needs and goals

• Encourage and facilitate community participation and independence

• Offer emotional support and companionship

• Maintain clear, honest, and regular communication with individuals and their families
