Job Title: Behavior Analyst
We are looking for a dedicated Behavior Analyst to join our team. They will have the responsibility to assess behavior and design interventions to address behavioral challenges. If you’re well-versed in promoting and improving behavior, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities and Duties

Evaluate and assess patients' behavior.

Develop treatment plans based on the principles of ABA to address behavior challenges.

Train other members of the multidisciplinary team on appropriate interventions.

Monitor progress and modify intervention strategies as necessary.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

Collaborate with other professionals in conducting assessments and providing treatment recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills
-
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to share complex data in an understandable manner.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience Required
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in applied behavior analysis.

Experience using a variety of evidence-based methodologies including Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Discrete Trial Learning (DTL), Natural Environment Training (NET), and Clinical Supervision.
