Apology Note for Misconduct
Apology Note
Dear Mr. Lorraine L. Hatch,
I hope this message finds you well. I, Jesus K. Jaimes, am writing this note today to express my sincerest apologies for my recent actions.
In the wake of the unforeseen event, my conduct was in no way reflective of the respectful, considerate individual that I strive to be. I am deeply remorseful for my behavior, and wish to express my profound regret for any damage or discomfort caused by my misconduct.
I understand that my actions may have put a strain on what always has been an amicable, friendly professional relationship. I am terribly sorry for this and want you to know that my behavior was out of the norm and in no way intentional.
I intend on making things right, not merely with words, but most importantly with actions. I am taking steps to prevent such an unfortunate situation from recurring in the future. To rectify my mistake, I have made the decision to attend behavior management courses to better manage my actions under such unexpected circumstances.
Your kind understanding during such a difficult time is sincerely appreciated. You have shown exemplary patience and for that, I am immensely grateful.
I thank you for taking the time to read this note, and once again, I apologize for the discomfort caused by my actions. I assure you that I am doing everything in my capacity to rectify my mistake and prevent such a lapse in my behavior moving forward.
With the warmest regards,
Jesus K. Jaimes
