Dear Ms. Blake,

I am writing to confirm our formal agreement for freelance services. As previously discussed, I will provide you with the specified analytical tasks beginning on March 20, 2050. This letter serves to validate our understanding and to outline the specific terms of our agreement.

The whole period of freelance employment is set for five months, ending on August 20, 2050. However, we may agree to extend this duration based on the progress of the tasks and your need for my services.

I will bill you at $40 per hour for the work input you require. Invoices will be submitted bi-weekly, with the first invoice submitted following the first week of commencement and payment due within 7 days of each invoice receipt. Your site will need prior approval for any necessary expenses outside the agreed services.
