Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
-Hospitality Management or any related field degree
-Previous experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a leadership role
-Emphasis on customer service with a proactive approach to making guests feel welcome
-Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities and Duties:
-Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling and facility maintenance
-Ensure high-quality customer service, handling complaints and greeting guests
-Maintain a positive atmosphere for guests and staff
-Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
-Collaborate with management to implement industry best practices
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of foreign languages and experience in conflict resolution will be an added advantage.
