Non Compliance of Order Letter
Non-Compliance of Order Letter
October 13, 2050

Dear Mr. Hickle,
I am writing to express my formal dissatisfaction with the order that our business has recently placed with your company. As per the contract, we were promised that the delivery of the products would be completed by October 1, 2050. However, to my dismay, our business has not received the order to this date.
This not only constitutes a blatant violation of our agreement but also undermines the reliability and trustworthiness of your company. As a solution, I propose that the order be fulfilled, as stipulated, by the fastest possible method. If necessary, prioritize this task above all else at the moment. Additionally, the company will not incur any additional shipping or expediting costs.
If we do not receive these items within the next seven days, we will be forced to seek recourse through other means, such as canceling the order or seeking reparations through legal avenues. Your immediate attention to this matter is requested.
Sincerely,
Garnet Lebsack
