NomadNet Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage all aspects of travel logistics for our fast-growing company. As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and securing all travel elements, including but not limited to: air, hotel, and car rental.
Planning and booking all aspects of travel including air, hotel, car rental, and other travel services as needed.
Negotiating with vendors to secure the best possible rates and amenities.
Developing and managing detailed travel itineraries, ensuring that every leg of the trip is executed smoothly.
Addressing any potential issues or emergencies that may arise during travel.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in budget planning and expense management.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Experience working with global vendors, and a proven record of negotiating favorable terms.
