Job Title: Travel Consultant
A reliable, energetic, and committed Travel Consultant is sought to assist both individuals and groups in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This professional will be expected to provide top-notch customer service, while proactively offering tailored solutions to clients' travel needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide travel expertise to clients
Design and offer customized travel packages
Manage all aspects of travel accommodations, including flight booking, hotel reservations and car hire
Offer professional advice on travel destinations, transportation, and accommodation
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and issues
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Should possess at least a High school diploma. A degree in tourism or hospitality would be a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sales ability and customer service skills
In-depth knowledge of the travel industry
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in using booking and reservation software programs
A current and valid driver’s license is required
