We are seeking a dedicated, service-oriented professional to join our team as a Medical Tourism Coordinator. In this role, you will act as the intermediary between global clients and medical facilities, providing health coordination and assistance to patients who seek medical services overseas.
Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinate all aspects of patient's healthcare, including scheduling appointments, booking travel, arranging accommodations, and facilitating the provision of medical procedures abroad.

Communicate with healthcare providers and clients for pre-travel consultation, medical document review, and post-trip healthcare follow-up.

Ensure complete customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints or concerns promptly.

Stay informed of current trends, procedures, and practices in the medical tourism industry.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, or similar field.

Experience in tourism, healthcare, or customer service sector.

Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
