A Human Resources Executive Assistant manages and supports all HR and administrative operations. Your role is indispensable for smooth operation of our HR department through planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the office.
As an HR Executive Assistant, your chief responsibilities will include:
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Our ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as an HR assistant or in other HR administrative positions.
Computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
The required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s/Masters degree in human resources or related field.
Proven working experience as an HR assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
