Dear Ms. Wynn,

I trust this letter reaches you in good health. I’m writing about a recent visit I made to one of your restaurants. I have been a loyal patron of your esteemed establishments for many years; hence, it feels especially necessary to raise this issue.

Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that the standard of food and service at your bistro dated January 12, 2050, was not up to par with previous experiences. I ordered the four-course meal for two and found the appetizers stale, the main course cold, and the dessert less flavourful than usual. In addition, the service staff was not as attentive as they usually are.

I was rather disappointed with the whole experience, more so because this has never been the case in past visits. I believe in the high standard of your restaurant and its commitment to delivering excellent dining experiences.
