Free Real Estate Bond Cleaning Checklist

Kitchen:

• sHave you thoroughly cleaned the oven, stove, and rangehood?

• Are all kitchen cabinets, drawers, and countertops clean inside and out?

• Is the sink and its fixtures free from stains and limescale?

• Have you cleaned the refrigerator inside and out?

• Are the floors and baseboards spotless?

• Have you removed any cobwebs from corners and light fixtures?

Bathroom:

• Is the bathtub/shower, tiles, and grout free from soap scum and mold?

• Have you cleaned the toilet, including the bowl, seat, and tank?

• Are the bathroom sinks and countertops clean and free from water stains?

• Have you cleaned all mirrors and glass surfaces?

• Is the exhaust fan free from dust and debris?

• Have you swept and mopped the bathroom floor?

Living and Dining Areas:

• Have you wiped down all surfaces, including windowsills and baseboards?

• Are all light fixtures and ceiling fans clean and functional?

• Have you removed any scuff marks from walls and doors?

• Are the floors vacuumed or swept and mopped?

Bedrooms:

• Have you vacuumed or swept and mopped bedroom floors?

• Are closets and wardrobes clean and free from debris?

• Have you wiped down all surfaces, including windowsills and baseboards?

• Are all light fixtures clean and functional?

• Have you removed any scuff marks from walls and doors?

General:

• Are all windows and window tracks cleaned inside and out?

• Have you dusted and wiped down all surfaces, including vents?

• Are all door handles and knobs cleaned and sanitized?

• Have you removed any cobwebs from ceilings and corners?

• Are all carpets professionally cleaned (if applicable)?

• Is the property free from any personal belongings or trash?

• Are all keys and remotes returned to the landlord or agent?

• Have you completed a final walkthrough to ensure nothing is overlooked?
