Dear Mr. Spencer,
I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you about my intention to reclaim possession of the property at the address Virginia Beach, VA 23450, which has been rented to you since January 2045. I would like to mention that this letter begins a 60-day notice period, as specified by our rental agreement, meaning you have until March 19, 2050, to find alternative accommodation.
You should continue to pay the rent due for the period till the end of the lease, due by the end of every month until you vacate the property. The security deposit you initially paid will be returned to you after assessing whether there have been any damages beyond ordinary wear and tear to the property during your stay.
