University Partnership Agreement
This University Partnership Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on this [Month Day Year], (the "Effective Date"), by and between:
[Name], [Your Company Name]’s Dean of the School of Business and Human Resources located at 4117 Providence Lane, La Puente, CA 91744 (hereinafter referred to as the "University"), and [Name], [Second Party Company Name] s Chief Human Resources Officer with a business address at 2968 Leisure Lane, Bakersfield, CA 93307 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
BACKGROUND
The University and the Company (collectively referred to as the "Parties") desire to establish a partnership for the purpose of collaborating on various HR-related initiatives.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
1. OBJECTIVE OF PARTNERSHIP
The primary objective of this partnership is to foster collaboration between the University and the Company to enhance the quality of HR education and training, facilitate research, and promote mutually beneficial initiatives.
2. DURATION OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for a period of five (5) years unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement in writing by both Parties.
3. AREAS OF COLLABORATION
The Parties agree to collaborate on the following areas:

Internship Programs: The Company will provide internship opportunities for qualified University students to gain practical HR experience.

Research Projects: The University and the Company will collaborate on HR research projects, sharing data and resources as needed.

Workshops and Seminars: The Parties will jointly organize and participate in HR-related workshops, seminars, and conferences.

Faculty Exchange: The University and the Company may explore opportunities for faculty members to participate in exchange programs to share expertise.
4. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY
The University agrees to:

Coordinate and promote joint workshops and seminars.

Encourage faculty participation in the partnership.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMPANY
The Company agrees to:

Collaborate in the planning and execution of research projects.

Contribute resources and expertise to joint workshops and seminars.

Consider faculty involvement in the Company's HR initiatives.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Parties shall maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the partnership and shall not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
7. TERMINATION
Either Party may terminate this Agreement with a written notice of ninety (90) days to the other Party. Termination shall not affect any ongoing projects or commitments at the time of termination.
8. AMENDMENTS
Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
