PARKING SPACE RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Parking Space Rental Agreement (the “Agreement") is entered into this day of June 1, 2050, by and between Mr. Neale, having a primary business address at 99 Wood St., Luling, LA 70070 (the "Owner"), and Sara Jones residing at 403 Meadowbrook Mall Rd., Luling, LA 70070 (the "Tenant") (collectively referred to as the "Parties").
1. RENTAL OF PARKING SPACE #12
The Owner agrees to rent the parking space #12 to the Tenant. The parking space is to be used only for the parking of passenger automobiles by the Tenant.
2. TERM
The initial term of this Agreement will begin on June 5, 2050, and will continue to December 5, 2050, unless terminated earlier as per conditions outlined in this Agreement.
3. RENT
The Tenant will pay a monthly rent of $20, due on the 4th of each month. If the Agreement begins after the commencement of the month, the first month's rent will be prorated.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon execution of this Agreement, the Tenant will deposit with the Owner the sum of $100 as security for any damage caused to the Parking Space during the term of this Agreement.
5. USE OF THE PARKING SPACE
The Parking Space shall be used solely for parking passenger vehicles. The Tenant shall not store any other personal property in the Parking Space.
6. RULES AND REGULATIONS
The Tenant will comply with all rules and regulations of the parking area.
7. LIABILITY
The Owner shall not be held liable for any property damage or personal injury that occurs on or about the Parking Space unless such damage is caused by the Owner's negligence.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
The Tenant will indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, or judgments arising out of the Tenant's use of the Parking Space.
9. TERMINATION
If the Tenant defaults on the terms of this Agreement, or the Tenant's property is abandoned in the Parking Space, the Owner has the right to terminate this Agreement.
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms of this Parking Space Rental Agreement. The Agreement is binding once it is signed by both parties.
