I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to let you know that I need a vacation leave due to some personal reasons. To be more specific, I will require leave starting from June 5 2050 to June 10, 2050. I do realize that this is a busy period for our team, however, I must attend to this personal matter.
I will make sure that the transition during my absence is as smooth as possible. I have already discussed my responsibilities and tasks with my colleague James who has kindly agreed to cover for me. I am confident that he will handle my responsibilities competently in my absence.
