Dear Mr. Goyette,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you today to discuss the scope of our working agreement and changes that will take place during the next billing cycle, starting on February 1, 2050. As you are aware, the quality of my freelancing services has consistently improved over the years while maintaining the same price levels.
Considering the ongoing changes in the market situation and rising costs, I am writing to inform you that after careful review, I have decided to raise my service prices by 5% to meet the inflation trends. This price increase is minimal and will help me continue to provide the same standard of services that you have become accustomed to.
Please note that should you have any concerns regarding this price increase, I would be very open to discussing them with you to find a viable solution that will not interfere with our existing working relationship. Thank you once again for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
