RECRUITMENT SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

Recruitment Services
The Recruitment Agency agrees to provide the following services

Candidate Screening | [Your Company Name] will conduct initial candidate assessments, including reviewing resumes and conducting preliminary interviews where applicable. |
Candidate Submission | [Your Company Name] will submit qualified candidates to Beckett Restaurant for consideration, including necessary documentation and assessments. |
Coordination | [Your Company Name] will facilitate communication between Beckett Restaurant and candidates throughout the hiring process, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback. |

Service Levels
The following service levels and expectations are agreed upon:
Response Time: The Agency commits to acknowledging new job requisitions from Beckett Restaurant within 24 hours of receipt.
Candidate Submissions: The Agency will present the first set of candidate profiles within 4 business days of receiving a job requisition.
Interview Scheduling: The Agency will schedule candidate interviews with Beckett Restaurant within 4 business days of candidate selection.
Feedback Loop: Beckett Restaurant agrees to provide timely feedback on submitted candidates within 3 business days of interviews.
Time-to-Fill: The target time-to-fill for positions shall be 3 days from the start of the recruitment process until an offer is accepted.
Reporting and Communication
Progress Reports: The Agency will provide weekly status reports detailing the progress of active recruitment assignments, including the number of candidates submitted, interview status, and other relevant updates.
Feedback and Improvement: Both parties will engage in periodic meetings to discuss the recruitment process's effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
Candidate Ownership
Candidates presented by [Your Company Name] to Beckett Restaurant shall be considered owned by Beckett Restaurant. If a candidate is not selected but is later hired by Beckett Restaurant within 2 months, standard recruitment fees will apply.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the recruitment process. This includes candidate information, job requisitions, and other proprietary data.
Payment Terms
Becket Restaurant shall pay [Your Company Name] a fee equal to 60% of the candidate's first-year base salary for each successful hire.
Invoices will be issued upon the candidate's acceptance of a job offer from Beckett Restaurant and are payable within 2 days of receipt.
Termination
Either party may terminate this SLA by providing written notice to the other party with 5 days' notice. Any ongoing recruitment assignments will be completed as per the terms agreed upon in this SLA.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from this SLA, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may seek legal remedies as provided by applicable laws.
Governing Law
This SLA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.
This Recruitment Service Level Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Beckett Restaurant and [Your Company Name]. It supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements.
