As our Real Estate Cold Caller, you’ll work directly with our Real Estate team, strategically initiating leads and creating a pipeline of potential customers. Excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a knack for persuasion are critical to excel in this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
Reaching out to prospective clients.
Identify their real estate needs aspirations and convert those into business opportunities for our company.
Making phone calls, tracking and logging call results, nurturing leads, and assisting with client acquisition.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent, along with outstanding verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus. We want someone with the ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines. A fundamental understanding of real estate industry, impeccable customer service skills, and a positive attitude will set you apart.
Necessary Experience
Ideally, we'd like a candidate with at least one year of experience in a cold calling or telemarketing role, preferably within the real estate sector. However, we could also be swayed by someone with a proven track record for excellent customer service and a strong desire to learn.
