Payment Agreement
This Web Design Payment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into effective as of 1st January 2050 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Ian May ("Client"), with an address at 808 Cedar Lane, Unit 56, Hilltop, TX 75006, and [Your Company Name] ("Service Provider"), with a business address at [Your Company Address].
1. Services
Service Provider agrees to perform web design services (the "Services") as described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
2. Payment for Services
Client agrees to pay Service Provider a fee of $1,000 per month for the Services. The first payment is due on January 30, 2050, and subsequent payments are due on the same date of each month thereafter.
3. Late Payment
If the Service Provider does not receive any amount due by the due date, a late fee shall be assessed on the balance due at the rate of 1.5% per month.
4. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated by either Party with 30 days written notice.
5. Confidentiality
Both Service Provider and Client agree to keep confidential all non-public business-related information, written or oral, disclosed or received as a result of this Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the web design created under this Agreement will be the sole property of the Client upon full payment of the related fees.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
8. Amendments
This Agreement may only be amended or modified by a written document signed by both Parties.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any exhibits, schedules, attachments, and appendices form the entire agreement between the Parties concerning this subject matter.
