Construction Management Agreement
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made this 1st day of January 2050, by and between Sovereign (hereinafter known as the “Owner") and Ryan Johnson (hereinafter known as the "Construction Manager" or "Manager").
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project referred to herein is the construction of Sovereign Building, a 50-storey building primarily focused on business operations (hereinafter the "Project").
2. DUTIES OF THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
The Construction Manager agrees to provide comprehensive oversight and coordination during all phases of the Project. The Manager shall work in good faith and carry out the duties as mentioned in this agreement and in accordance with the terms set herein.
3. COMPENSATION
The Owner shall compensate the Manager for the services rendered according to the rates/scheme as defined in Exhibit A, which shall be attached to this Agreement.
4. TERMS OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall begin upon execution by both parties and shall remain in effect until the completion of the Project unless terminated by either party under conditions as stipulated in this agreement.
5. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement under conditions as outlined in Exhibit B, which shall be attached to this Agreement.
6. INSURANCE
The Manager shall obtain and maintain insurance as outlined in Exhibit C, which shall constitute an integral part of this agreement.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to this agreement will be dealt with as per the provisions of Exhibit D, attached to this Agreement.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Jurisdiction of [insert jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law’s provisions.
SIGNED BELOW, the Owner and the Manager agree to the terms and conditions and enter into this Construction Management Agreement on the date first above mentioned.
