The Sales Coordinator will work directly with team management to ensure all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively. Responsibilities and Duties:

Directly support the sales team in making sure all sales and service objectives are met.

Coordinate with sales team and other departments to manage schedules, document meetings, travel, and other arrangements.

Monitor sales transactions and prepare monthly sales reports for management.

Resolve any issues regarding sold items and liaise between customer service and sales team.

Provide assistance in terms of logistics to sales reps and coordinators.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;

Good computer skills (MS Office)

Proficiency in English

Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

A team player with high level of dedication

BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
