TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT
is made the 1st day of January 2050, BETWEEN: Ms. Olivia Graham, currently residing at 303 Redwood Avenue, Suite 56, Willowdale, TX 75004, (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor"), AND Mr. Sky Graham, currently residing at 101 Oak Lane, Apt 8B, Hillcrest, OH 43216, (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee").
WHEREAS
In consideration of the sum of [insert purchase price], receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby sell, assign, transfer, and convey unto the Grantee the property fully described in Appendix 1 of this agreement, free and clear of all liens, charges, and encumbrances of whatsoever nature.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor and the Grantee have executed this Agreement
The Grantor does hereby bind themselves, their heirs, executors, and administrators, to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said property unto the Grantee, his heirs, and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
APPLICABLE LAW
This Deed of Transfer shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the state in which the Property is located.
SIGNATURES
The parties to this agreement hereby agree and guarantee that they are the legal owner of the property being sold or have the absolute authority to sell, assign, and transfer the property.
