Recruitment Agreement
This Recruitment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of January 1, 2050, by and between TalentFinders Agency, with its principal place of business located at 101 Oak Lane, Hillcrest, OH 43216 (the "Company"), and ToTech Solutions Ltd., with its office headquartered at 808 Maple Lane, Lakeside, NY 10010 (the "Client").
Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Company agrees to source and screen tech candidates for the Client.
Position and Recruitment
The Company will source and screen candidates for various tech positions as per the Client's requirements.
Methods of recruitment include advertising, direct approach, database search, referral programs, and independent recruitment organizations.
Fee Structure and Payment Terms
Responsibilities and Candidate Submission Process
The company is responsible for pre-qualification processes, which include but are not limited to candidate sourcing, screening, and personnel assessment.
The Client is responsible for the final selection process, upon receipt of a shortlisted candidates package by the Company.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Both parties commit to strictly adhere to all applicable data protection laws, maintain confidentiality, and not disclose any party's proprietary information to third parties without written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, upon 30 days' written notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ohio in connection with any dispute arising under the Agreement.
By signing below, the parties hereby enter into this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
