As a Conservation Agent, your role will involve preserving, managing, and improving natural resources within the local and wider community.
A degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Zoology, or a related field.
Experience working with environmental conservation projects.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Practical knowledge of laws related to wildlife, fisheries, and environmental protection.
Strong leadership qualities and abilities to work effectively in team settings.
Monitoring wildlife, and enforcing regulations regarding fish and wildlife.
Contributing to the planning and development of conservation projects.
Aiding in educational programs concerning nature, ecological balance, and animal protection.
Conducting regular visits to wildlife areas, collecting data, and making necessary recommendations.
At least 2 years of experience in the field of conservation would be advantageous, especially holding a prior role as a Conservation Agent.
Be physically fit, able to endure various weather conditions, and capable of carrying equipment up to 30lbs.
Hold a valid driver's license.
