ADVERTISING AGREEMENT
This Advertising Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into effect on the 30th day of March 2050 ("Effective Date") by and between Moxie Luxury, a luxury jewelry company with its principal place of business situated at 606 Maple Court, Springfield, NY 10011 ("Advertiser") and Yuri Corporation, a global events company with its principal place of business located at 789 Serene Path, Calm Creek, OH 67890 ("Publisher").
1. SERVICES
Publisher agrees to provide advertising services to Advertiser for the promotion of their newly-released jewelry product line. These services will include, but not be limited to:
Advertiser's products featured in fashion galas hosted by Publisher
Advertising space in the event’s promotional materials
Brand content creation in alignment with the Advertiser's identity and narrative
2. COMPENSATION
Advertiser will pay Publisher a total sum of $50,000.00 as agreed fees for the provided services. This fee includes, but is not limited to all the above-mentioned services.
3. TERMS AND TERMINATION
This agreement will start on the Effective Date and continue until the completion of services or upon the written termination of either party. Termination before completion of services may result in penalties as stated in this agreement.
4. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Advertiser and Publisher agree to maintain the confidentiality of all the information shared, and not to disclose any information to third parties without prior written consent.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
Each party will indemnify and hold harmless the other party from any claims arising out of its breach of this Agreement or its negligence or willful misconduct.
7. INTEGRATED APPROACH
Both parties agree to work cohesively towards an integrated approach that enhances and embodies the Advertiser's unique brand identity and narrative.
