Job Title: Farm Labor Contractor

The chosen Farm Labor Contractor will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, coordinating, and steering the labor force in running our farm operations. You will work in conjunction with our farm manager, ensuring that the right personnel are correctly placed in their respective roles to maximize productivity and maintain our operations on schedule.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Overseeing the recruitment process for seasonal and permanent farm labor.

• Training and monitoring workers on their specific job roles.

• Keeping accurate, up-to-date records of workers’ hours and payments.

• Handling any disputes or issues that arise fairly and diligently.

• Working proximately with the farm manager to ensure operations run smoothly.

Qualifications and Skills:
